Ground Turkey - 19oz package1 package of Ole El Paso Original Taco Seasoning1 16 oz Fat Free Refried Beans1/2 cup waterFat Free CheeseSalsa of your choice
Cook ground turkey throughly. I did not have to drain mine as that there was no grease in the pan.
Put Refired beans on medium heat to warm up.
Add the seasoning to the gound turkey. And add water. I only added about 1/2 cup. But it varies depending on how you like your meat.
Cook shells according to package.
Spoon in 1 1/2 tbsp beans, 1 1/2 tbsp ground turkey, sprinkle in cheese, and add salsa. Simple and easy and a great way to reduce fat on a normal and easy dinner. It actually took me longer to input the information than what it did to make it.
This makes 18 taco's.
