Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Vanilla Soy milk1/4 cup Egg substitute, liquid1/2 tsp salt1 1/2 tsp Agave Syrup2 Tbs. Olive Oil1/4 cup Whole Wheat kernels or 3 oz Whole Wheat Flour1/4 cup Whole grain steel cut oats or 3 oz Oat Flour3 oz White Flour or just enough to equal 1 cup of combined flours2 tsp Double Acting Baking Powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 200 degrees F to keep pancakes warm until you serve them.

Note:
If you are grinding your own wheat/ oat kernels start with a completely dry blender jar. Grind wheat & oats first, then add enough white flour to add up to 1 cup of total combined flours.

Pour flour into a measuring cup or bowl (if not using a blender.)

Preheat grill pan on stove to medium-high heat.

Place all ingredients in blender jar in the oder listed secure lid & blend until smooth (on Batters setting, if your blender has one.) Lightly spray griddle pan with olive oil (if using.)

We like larger pancakes so we pour 1/2 cup of batter onto hot griddle and cook side one until bubbles form. Flip with spatula carefully. Cook another minute or so. Transfer to baking sheet & keep warm in the oven.

Makes 6 medium large pancakes.
