Ingredients
a box fettuccini3/4 cup parmesan cheese1 small onion1 cup slices mushrooms1 can fat free evaporated milk1/8 cup egg beatersalt & pepper to tastethyme to taste5 cloves garlic
Directions
saute chopped onion and garlic in oil and some water
add mushrooms until tender
add salt, pepper and herbs
add evaporated milk
add egg beater (to thicken)
heat until hot and simmer
cook pasta
mix with sauce
