Cheesy Chicken Chowder

Ingredients
2 cups of diced celery10 oz, or 2 cups of diced carrots4 red potatos diced1 cup of diced onions.75 cup flour1/2 cup butter4 cups cooked and diced chicken (I used boiled breasts)4 cans of Chicken broth4 cups 1% milk2 packages of 2% sharp cheese
Directions
1.) Pour into a pot Chicken Broth and bring to a boil. Dice Onion,Potato,Carrots,Celery, and add to broth. Salt & pepper to taste. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until veggies are tender. Add Cooked Chicken.

2.) In a separate pot melt butter. Add flour and mix well. Stir in Milk and cook over low heat untill it slightly thickens. Stir in Cheese and cook untill melted. Add to broth mixture. Stir and warm all the way through.

Makes 16 1 cup serveings

    very, very delicious!!! Makes a ton of soup, so if you don't have a very large family, I would recommend making a half batch. - 3/18/10
