Creole Rice with Sausage, Chicken and Shrimp

1 cup brown rice uncooked6 oz Hillshire Farm Beef Smoked Sausage1 boneless skinless chicken breast1/2 lb shrimp - peeled, raw1/4 cup onion chopped2 cloves garlic minced1 tsp Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning2 1/2 c Water1 beef bouillon cube1 tsp EVOO1 tbsp Vegetable oil
Makes 5 - 1 cup servings. Because of the rice and meat, 1 serving is plenty!
Rice (cook the way you like these instructions are optional)
Heat vegetable oil. "Fry" rice with till toasted. Dissolve bouillon cube in hot water. Add Water. Reduce temp cook for 45 min.
When you only have about 20 minutes left on rice begin the rest of the dish. Heat EVOO in pan, add onion and garlic once hot. Dice chicken and add to pan. When chicken is almost done add sausage and shrimp. season with creole seasoning. rice and meats should be cooked through around same time. Add rice to meats and allow to heat through.
When done use 1 cup measuring cup to measure out 1 serving.
