White Bean Turkey Chili

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey2 cans cannelini beans1 small onion22 oz Spicy V8 juice1 can rotel tomatoes w/ green chilies
Directions
Brown turkey and onions and gren peppers if you like. Drain fat. Add the remaining ingredients including spices you prefer eg. cumin, cayenne, garlic, etc. Simmer on low for 30-45 minutes longer. Freezes well.
