Frozen Sliced Peaches - No Sugar Added, 1.5 cup Banana, fresh, 1 cup, sliced 8th Continent Original Light Soymilk, 8 oz Hodgson Mill Milled Flaxseed, 1 tbsp
Directions

Combine all ingredients into smoothie maker or blender and blend to your favorite consistency. No ice needed for this recipe ~ it's pure, heavenly health!!!!
