crockpot easy mexican cornbread

Ingredients
1 can cream style corn2 eggs1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies2 TBL canola oil2 TBL sugar@ tsp baking powder3/5 tsp salt1/2 cup cheddar cheese
Directions
spray 2 qt crock pot with nonstick cooking spray.

Put everything but cheese into pot and blend well

Cover, cook on LOW, 2 to 2.5 hours or until center is done

Pour cheese over top and letr stand until cheese is melted

makes 8 servings
