cottage cheese and peas

Ingredients
200 gram cottage cheese50 gram peas1 cup onion chopped4 medium tomatoes chopped in chopper1 green chili1/2 tsp ginger paste1/2 tspn red chili powder1/2 tspn turmeric powder1/2 tsp coriander powdersalt to taste2cup waterfresh coriander leaves (chopped)
Directions
cut cottage cheese in 1" thick slices and cook them in a non stick pan at high heat with sprayed on oil until both side are dark brown then but them in 2cup of water and put it on low heat to boil.
boil peas in a vessal for 3-4 min,drain water and keep aside.
chop onions and tomatoes until make a paste and put them on head to cook.put in red chillies powder salt ginger coriander powder and let it cook until the water in the tomatoes evaporated.add peas and stir. then add the cottage cheese and stir until covered completely with the gravy.
add the water cottage was cooked in and let it cook until it forms a thick gravy.garnish with chili and coriander.
serve with rice
