Breakfast Pie

Ingredients
1/2 cup Heart Smart bisquik mix 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup of chopped green onions2 eggs 3/4 cup milk, 2%1 tablespoon black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F

In a large bowl, combine eggs, milk, Bisquix and pepper, beat together well.

Add cheese, onions and mushrooms.

Pour mixture into a, pam sprayed, pie dish

Bake for 25-35 minutes (a knife poked into the middle should come out clean).
