3 Salmon filets1 tblsp. olive oil.5 cup of Classico Sundried Tomato PestoLemon or Lime ZestFresh Thyme
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil spray with Pam; brush both sides of fish with the olive oil, top with lemon or lime freshly grated zest and spoon the tomato pesto on top too (almost cover the top with this) and place a fresh sprig of thyme on it; Cook for about 10 minutes or until the edge is just turning white (fish should still be flakey and tender) DO NOT OVERCOOK!
