4 Cups Turkey Broth1 Medium Onion Chopped1 Cup Chopped Celery1 Cup Chopped Carrots1 Cup Turkey meat left over from Christmas/Thanksgiving1/2 Tsp Fresh Ground Pepper/ or to taste1 Cup Fido Noodles
Put all ingredients in sauce pan and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer till vegetables are tender.
Boil noodles per instructions and add to soup just before serving.
