Banana Bread (1/12th of loaf)

Ingredients
2 c. flour1 tsp salt1 1/2 tsp baking powder3/4 c. sugar1 stick butter3 very ripe bananas2 eggs1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Combine flour, salt,, and baking powder.

Cream butter and sugar then add eggs one at a time. Add mashed bananas. Add vanilla.

Combine wet and dry ingredients then pour into greased loaf pan and bake for 55 minutes.
