Easy Whole Wheat Flour Sandwich Bread

Ingredients
3 c. flour1 pkg. dry yeast1/8 c. sugar1/2 c. distilled water1/2 c. milk1/8 c. cooking oil
Directions
Warm milk, water, sugar and oil to 110 degrees and stir with a wooden spoon, sprinkle yeast on top of the mixture and let disolve and sit for 10min (should get bubbly), add 1 cup of flour at a time stirring with a wooden spoon, creating a firm dough. Kneed for about 5 min. Place in a greased bowl, flip over so that dough is lightly covered with oil, cover with a clean kitchen towl and let sit for about 2 hours until doubled in size. Punch it down and place into a well greased loaf pan, let sit for 1 hour or until doubled in size again. Place in a cold oven and set temp to 375 degrees for 35 mins or until golden brown. Let cool for about 30min before cutting into it. This makes a fantastic sandwich bread!!
