Cornmeal Pancakes

Ingredients
1.25 cups skim milk1 lg egg1 cup yellow cornmeal6 tsp ( 2 tbls) splenda3 tsp ( 1 tbls) baking powderAdd baking powder to cornmeal, beat egg add milk, then cornmeal & baking powder mixture.
Directions
Cook in a teflon fry pan with a little olive oil spray,
until medium brown on each side
1/4 cup is a serving makes 6 servings, I make the whole recipe up and then freeze individually to use other days warm again in microwave or frypan haven't tried toaster but it make work also
