Crock Pot Taco Soup

Ingredients
2 can each: kidney beans, pinto beans, corn1 large can diced tomatoes1 can diced tomatoes with chiles1 packet taco seasoning1 packet ranch dressing mix1 lb ground meat
Directions
Brown meat, drain.
Place in bottom of crockpot.
Top with both seasoning packets.
Drain and rinse beans. Add.
Add remaining ingredients. Do not drain.
Cook on High for 4-6 hours, on low 8-10.
Gets better the longer it is cooked!

    Really enjoyed this. I didn't have pinto beans so I used, red and white kidney beans and black beans. Also put in about 2 cups of baby spinach which added some nutrients. A good base to start with. Next time I'll take out the taco mix & add cumin, onions,garlic and salsa. Corn bread on the side. - 4/2/10

    This tasted great!!! used ground turkey in mine though and threw in some crushed red pepper and chili powder. Gave it a little kick! watch how much u put in though seems like a little goes a long way! - 4/1/10

    I make this with only kidney beans and ususally double it. It is onle of my kids favorite and 2 are married they still make and eat it. It's great in the winter and cooked in the crock pot! - 2/12/10
