Pesto Pasta salad

Ingredients
BasilParsleyPine NutsGrated Pecorino RomanoOlive oilGarlicLemonSun dried tomatoes (optional)Barilla Plus Roniti
Directions
Put on a pot of water until it boils. Add 1 box rotini or other shaped pasta. Cook until al dente. Cool.

Drop nuts and garlic through food chute with food processor on; process until minced. Add oil; pulse 3 times. Add basil, parsley, cheese, lemon and salt; process until finely minced, scraping sides of bowl once. If sauce is too dry, add a little water.

Toss pesto with pasta. Garnish with minced sundried tomatoes.
