Banana Oat and Coconut Bread

Ingredients
2 large over-ripe bananas1/3 cup butter2 eggs2 cups flour1/3 cup oats1/3 cup sweetened coconut1 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt1/3 cup water5 tsp Splenda
Directions
2 large over-ripe bananas
1/3 cup butter
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1/3 cup oats
1/3 cup sweetened coconut
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup water
5 tsp Splenda

Blend butter and Splenda. Beat in bananas. Beat in eggs.
Mix dry ingredients, then combine with the rest, adding water as needed.

Bake for 50-60 mins at 350 F.
