1 lg. cucumber, peeled and sliced1/2 clove garlic1/2 tsp. salt1/2 c. yogurtVinegar to taste (about 1 tsp.)Place sliced cucumber in salad bowl. Crush garlic with salt and add yogurt and vinegar. Pour over cucumber and chill well.This is a low calorie salad and very tasty.
