H G's San Diego baja-style fish tacos

For tacos:4 tortillas8 on cod (i had sole) strips1 cup sliced green cabage1/2 cup Fiber One bran cereal (bring to breadcrumb consistency)1/4 cup egg beaters1 tbsp rice vinegardash of garlic and onion powder, salt pepper, other seasonings to tasteFor sauce:1/3 cup fat free mayo2 tbsp fat free sour cream2 tbsp chopped onion1/2 tsp lime or lemon juicedash salt and cayenn
In a small bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients, mix well, refrigerate until ready.
In another bowl, combine the cabbage and vinegar, refrigerate until ready.
Mix together in a plate the crunshed Fiber One and all the seasonings. In a another plate, pour the egg beaters.
Pat dry the fish, pass in the eggs, remove excess and dip in Fiber One mixture.
450° oven.
If you are using a toaster oven, spray with Pam the rack and put aluminum foil on the bottom of oven.
If you are using a broiler pan, spray with Pam and line the bottom of pan with aluminum foil.
Spray the fish strips with Pam, put on rack or pan, cook for 12 minutes until the fish is flay and the tps are brown and crispy.
As for the tacos, put in one piece of fish, then the cabbage, sauce, cilantro and salsa if you wish.
