Carrot-Oat-Raisin Breakfast Cookies

1 C Flour1 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp Salt1/2 tsp allspice, cinnamon, ground cloves or combination1 egg1/3 C oil1/3 C packed dark brown sugar1 C shredded carrot1/2 C oats1/4 - 1/2 C raisins
Makes about 12 big sized cookies.
Combine dry ingredients through and set aside.
Mix sugar, oil, and egg
Add carrots, oats, and raisins.
Gradually add in flour mixture.
Spoon onto tray and cook for about ten minutes.
