fresh pasta lasagna sheets x 6 or regular oven ready noodlesHalf of a 1% fat cottage cheese, 1 tub light ricotta180 grams of partly skimmed mozzarellajar of ragu spaghetti saucecan of diced tomatoes1/ 2 bag of spinach1 yellow peppermushroomsonionsgarlic1 lbs of extra lean ground beef1 lbs of extra lean ground pork
Saute mushrooms, garlic, onions and peppers. Add ground beef and prk and cook through
Add tomatoes and sauce.
Assemble lasagne, starting with layer of sauce, layer of noodles, layer of cottage cheese and mozzarella. Repeat once. Then top noodles with remaining meat sauce and add cheese. bake covered with foil at 350 then for last 10 minutes remove foil. Let stand for 5 minutes. makes 12 servings. Enjoy!
