Chocolate Flaxseed Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup Flaxseed Meal1/2 Designer /whey Protein (chocolate) with no sugar added1/4 cup Canola oil1/4 cup Splenda1/2 cup Egg Beaters or 2 large eggs beaten2 rsp baking powder2 tsp artificial maple extract1/2 tsp salt1 cup water
Directions
Preheat oven at 350 F. Coat a 12 muffin pan with non-stick spray. Mix all ingredients, let sit 3 minutes. Sppon batter evenly into muffin tins. Bake 25-30 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Remove from pan.
