Elk Hamburger Crockpot Soup

Ingredients
2 lbs. Ground Elk3 medium potaotes, choppes2 cups carrots chopped1 parsnip choppedDiced onion, garlic and celery1 can beef stockpepper and salt to taste
Directions
Fry up hamburger. While hamburger is cooking, cut up begetables and place them in crock pot. Add hamburger last. Add in beef stock and season to taste. Add in enough water to cover to brim. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Makes about 8 servings.
