Rich Mexican Hot Cocoa

Ingredients
1/2 cup cocoa powder1 cup granulated Splenda1 1/2 tbsp corn starch1/2 tsp cinnamon1 teensy dash of cayenne pepper1/2 cup water1 qt. skim milk1 tsp vanilla
Directions
In a saucepan, whisk together the cocoa, sugar, cornstarch and spices. When well blended, add the water and turn the heat to medium. When the water and cocoa mix forms a thoroughly mixed paste, slowly add the milk. Heat until steaming and thickened, but not boiling. Turn off the heat, add the vanilla, and ladle into mugs.

Makes 4-6 servings depending on your sweet tooth.
