Apple Avocado Salsa

Ingredients
1 granny smith apple, diced1 avocado, diced1/2 cup red pepper, diced1/4 cup red onion, diced1/2 jalapeno, seeded & minced1 Tbsp cilantro, chopped1/2 tsp lime zest1 1/2 Tbsp lime juice1/2 tsp minced garlic1/8 tsp salt1/8 tsp black pepper
Directions
Stir together all ingredients together in a bowl. Cover and chill, at least 2 hours until ready to serve.
