Tzatziki Style Yogurt Cucumber Salad with Dill

Ingredients
24 oz Greek Yogurt (Plain)2 large Cucumbers (peeled, halved, seeds removed and shredded) Dill WeedSaltPepper
Directions
In a large bowl, combine yogurt and shredded cucumbers. Add dill weed, salt and pepper to taste.

I like using Greek Yogurt because it is thicker and creamier. I also remove most of the water from the cucumbers so it stays thick. Used as a side dish or salad with Indian food or anything you want. I used it with Lentil Burgers today.
