Apple Skewers

Ingredients
4 medium apples, peeled & quartered4 tsp splenda1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Coat foreman grill with cooking spray and preheat grill. Thread apples on four metal or soaked wooden skewers. Lightly spray with cooking spray. Combine splenda and cinnamon: sprinkle over apples.

Grill over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes until apples are tender. Serve warm.
