Chicken Pot Pie with Bisquick Dumplings

Ingredients

1 whole chicken breast boneless, skinless cubed PAM spraysalt and pepper to season meat1/2 cup of water3 Medium carrots sliced into small pieces1 cup of celery diced3 Green onions finely chopped1 Can of Cream of mushroom soup (98%) Tbsp of poultry seasoning2 TSP of fresh parsley
Cut chicken breast into cubes and season with salt and pepper. Saute in non stick frying pan sprayed with PAM
Reserve in bowl
Add 1/2 cup of water to pan
Chop all vegetables and add to pan - add a bit more salt
Let vegetables simmer until tender
Add Cream of mushroom soup stir
Add Chicken and remaining seasoning.
Stir until well blended.
Spray a shallow casserole with non stick coating (PAM) and spread mixture in pan.
Make Bisquick dumplings as per package instructions
and drop on Chicken mixture
Cook in preheated 400 degree oven for 30 to 35 Minutes
