* Egg, fresh, 3 large (remove) * Egg white, 2 serving (remove) * *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 2 tbsp (remove) * *spinach, 2 c. fresh express, baby spinach, 1 serving (remove) * Avocados, California (Haas), .5 fruit without skin and seeds (remove) * *Pinto beans, dry beans boiled without salt, .12 cup (remove) * *Cheddar Cheese, Shredded (Sargento - Classic Mild Cheddar) Natural Cheddar Cheese 1/4 cup/serving, 1 serving (remove) * *Kirkland Organic Salsa, 4 tbsp (remove) * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 wedge (1/4 of medium tomato) (remove)
Grill the peppers spinach and beans in Pam cooking spray. Scramble the eggs and egg whites together, add to the sauteed veggies and beans. Once plated top with the rest of the ingredients.
