Really good flavor after I added a bit more italian seasoning and cayenne, and very quick and easy to make! The leftovers tasted even better 2 days later! - 2/11/13

I made this and it was good! I actually doubled the recipe and cooked everything but the rice in the crockpot all day. There was a little too much spinach for my liking, but it was still really good. - 9/20/07
