Protein Bowl w/ Chicken Breast Tenderloins

Ingredients
16 oz. Chicken breast (used chicken breast tenderloins)1 packet Chicken Fajita seasoning mix1 can Bush's Pinto Beans1 can Bush's Black Beans1 can Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)1 can tomato sauce (the bigger can, not the small 4oz one)1 can Del Monte diced tomato w/pepper/onions or green Chili Peppers1 small can mushrooms (stems/caps)
Directions
Throw all ingredients into the crockpot. I drain the cans of beans (black beans, pinto beans, chickpeas) and the mushrooms. I do not drain the diced tomato. Let cook on high 3-4 hours or over night 8-10 on low. I evenly portioned this out in 4 servings. If you add brown rice then may want smaller portions.
Can sprinkle low fat cheese on this as well.
