ham & cheese omelet

4 egg whites2.5 oz. virginia baked ham.25 C. fat free mozzarella2 slices wheat toast
Directions
separate yolks from eggs and fry in a pan w/cooking spray, cook until done, add ham & cheese, season with salt & pepper to taste, serve on top of dry wheat toast.
