1 Cucumber (with peel), Shredded1/4 cup Onions (sliced very thin)2 cloves Garlic, minced1/8 tsp Salt1/8 tsp White Pepper (use black if white isnt available)1 cup Nonfat Plain Greek YogurtJuice from 1/4 Lemon1/8 tsp Garlic powder1/8 tsp Onion powder2 tbsp Dill Weed, dried
Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill for at least1 hour before serving.
