Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients
3 cup low fat vanilla yogurt1 T OJ concentrate1 med (6-7in) fresh or frozen banana1 cup frozen strawberries1/2 cup frozen peach chunks1/4 cup frozen mango chunks1/4 cup frozen blueberries
Directions
Poor in 3 cups yogurt into blender, add OJ concentrate and a splash of water, pile in fruit and blend.

Makes 4 - 1cup servings. Freeze individual servings in plastic cups for future use.
