Turkey Tacos

Ingredients
1 lb. Ground Turkey1 tsp olive oil1/2 cup onion, chopped1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped1/2 cup shredded carrots2 cloves garlic1 tbls taco seasoning8 taco shells1/4 c salsa
Directions
In large skillet, saute onion, bell pepper, garlic and carrots in olive oil until soft. Add ground turkey and cook until browned. Add taco seasoning until liquid is absorbed. Cook taco shells as directed. Fill taco shells and add salsa.
