Lisa's Guacamole

Ingredients
2 Avacado's, peel and seed removed2 Plum tomatoes, fine chopped1/4 cup yellow onion, fine chopped1 green onion, fine sliced1 T. cumin1 lime, juiced1/4 t. red peppers & p to taste
Directions
Mash together avacado, cumin, lime juice, red pepper, S&P.
Stir in onions and tomatoes. Let stand for 1 hour to let flavors combine.

Serves 6-10 as a dip.

    We make ours very similar to this... except we do not add cumin... I think I will try it with 1/2 teaspoon next time to try it! - 4/17/10
