Avacado, 2 medium,Garlic, 3 clovessesame seeds, whole, roasted and toasted, 2 ozSesame Oil, 2 tbspLemon juice, 1 fl ozSoy Suace, 2 tbspOnion - Yellow - 1 smallChili Powder, Red Pepper, Crushed,Paprika, Pepper, red or cayenne,Tabasco Sauce,
Directions
1. Roast sesame seeds in small pan until seeds are golden brown, stir them occasionally or they will pop (do not use oil)
2. cut and pit the avocado, then mash with a fork in a medium bowl with oil, soy sauce, lemon and juice
3. dice onion add to avocado stir in
4. add spices and flavors to taste
5. add sesame seeds last while still warm
6. add Tabasco to taste
