Jess' Muffin Recipe

Ingredients
Rolled oats, milk, brown sugar, applesauce, egg, flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, chocolate chips
Directions
combine oats and milk in a large bowl and let sit 1 hr, covered, in refrigerator. Add brown sugar, applesauce, eggs into oat mixture with a fork or whisk. Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl and stir into oats mixture until just combined. Batter will be lumpy. Spoon into muffin cups and bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on rack
