Peanut Butter Icing

Ingredients
-100 mL peanut butter-1tsp vanilla-250 mL icing sugar-30 mL cocoa powder-dash of salt-30 mL milk
Directions
1. Cream peanut butter and vanilla
2. Mix icing sugar, cocoa powder and salt
3. Add dry ingredients to creamed mix
4. Add milk until creamy enough to spread as icing

Makes enough icing to ice 2 8-inch cakes.
