Garlic Shrimp and Broccoli Fried Rice

1 tsp Olive Oil12-13 Med Shrimp1 tsp Minced Garlic2 cups Chopped Broccoli1 tbsp Soy Sauce1 tsp Fried Rice Seasoning Mix1 cup Brown Rice prepared
Heat olive oil in frying pan, saute shrimp and garlic on medium heat for about 2-3 minutes. Add broccoli and stir for about 2 minutes. Add soy sauce and seasoning mix and stir well. Cook until broccoli is tender. Stir in rice and mix together. Serves 1.
