Easy Chicken and Cheese Enchiladas(adapted from Campbell Soups)

Ingredients
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup(Healthy Request)1/2 cup sour cream or fat free greek yogurt(greek yogurt is calculated)1 cup non chunky salsa2 tsp chili powder2 cups chopped chicken breast1/2 cup reduced fat shredded monterrey jack cheese6 flour tortillas(I used la tortilla factory low carb)1 small tomato, chopped1 slice green onion(optional)
Directions
Heat oven to 350. Stir the soup, sour cream/greek yogurt, salsa and chili powder in bowl. Stir in 1 cup of that mixture with chicken and cheese. Put mixture in tortilla, roll and place in a sprayed baking dish. Pour the remaining sauce over and bake for 40 minutes covered. Top with tomato and green onion.
