Kamut Bread, ABM

Ingredients
Directions
1-1/2 cups water1 Tbl oil1 Tbl honey or agave1-1/2 tsp salt3 cups of Kamut flour (I fresh grind mine)1 cup white flour1 tsp yeast1 Tbl flax seeds1 Tbl sesame seeds
Add ingredients in the order recommended for your breadmaker. Be sure the salt is not too near the sweetener - it's good to put them in on opposite sides of the container.
Servings vary according to how many slices you get. Slicing thin is easier when the bread has sat out some time after cooling. I think I can get around 14 or 15 slices when I do that. This recipe is calculated for 14 slices, so if you get more or less, you may want to re-calculate.
Optional add-ins can include: poppy seeds, cinnamon & raisins, cheese and jalapenos, nuts.....
