Ingredients
2 lbs Boneless Top Round RoastSalt & Pepper for taste1 tbsp Minced Garlic1 tbsp Teriyaki Sauce1 cup drained extra light syrup from can Peaches
Directions
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees; Salt & pepper both sides of roast before placing in stove to oven proof dish. Use 2-prong fork and poke holes all over top of roast, then spread minced garlic over top of roast. In small bowl combine 1 cup of syrup drained from peaches and mix in Teriyaki sauce. Pour liquid slowly over roast, trying not to disturb garlic on top of roast. Place roast in oven and bake for approximately 1 hr, or until done to your likeness. Allow roast to stand 5 – 10 minutes before slicing. Heat liquid from roast and serve as gravy, pouring a little over sliced beef and serve immediately.

Reserved peaches in extra light syrup can be served as a side dish.

I made this recipe with eye of round beef and did it on the grill. I wrapped it up in tin foil with everything in it. It took only 25 minutes. Saved me some time and it still tasted amazing. - 8/10/12

Just made this for dinner tonight, and WOW. My house smelled awesome and it tasted even better than it smelled! Posted on facebook for all of my friends and family to try.

1 substitution was made: I had no peaches, but I did have light canned apricots. STILL awesome. - 8/31/11
