Garlic Chicken Pizza

Ingredients
2 whole wheat pitas4 T Low Fat Ranch Dressing3 cloves garlic, minced4 oz cooked chicken breast, cubed2 green onions, chopped2 oz part skim mozzerella cheese, grated
Directions
Turn on Broiler. Place pitas on broiler pan or cookie sheet. Mix garlic and ranch dressing, spread on pita. Top with chicken, green onions, and tomatoes. Sprinkle with cheese. Place under broiler for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
You can add different cheeses, or sun dried tomato.
I make my own ranch dressing with Kraft light may with olive oil, skim milk, and Hidden Valley Ranch powdered mix.
