Easy BBQ turkey for sandwiches

Ingredients
1 pound 93% lean ground turkey2- 8 oz cans tomato sauce, or 1 can sauce, 1 can paste3 tsp chopped garlic 1 small onion, diced2 tsp honey mustard2 Tbsp honey- more or less, according to desired sweetness1 TBSP chili powder, more or less, according to desired heat2 TBSP apple cider vinegar2 TBSP GF Worchestershire sauce2 tbsp olive oil, more or less, for sauteeing onions and garlic
Directions
Heat olive oil in pan, sautee onion and garlic until onion is becoming translucent.
Add Ground turkey, stirring until browned and in as small of pieces as you'd like for your sandwiches
Add other ingredients, adjust for taste and heat.
Cook about 15 min or more, until it is as thick as you'd like.

Serve on chosen bread-like substance, baked potatoes, rice, or just eat it straight out of the pan!

    I used a pound of leftover turkey instead of ground turkey. I just made the sauce and added the chopped turkey in and let it simmer for awhile, and then we had it on sourduogh bread. It was good. - 4/13/12
