Deb's Slow Cooker Beef, Mushrooms and Pasta

Ingredients
Beef, top sirloin, 8 oz (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices (remove)*Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1.5 cup (remove)*Holland House Cooking White Wine, 2 oz (remove)*PASTA (Ronzoni Whole Grain Pasta), 2 serving (remove)*Lucerne Fat Free Sour Cream, 2 tbsp (remove)
Directions
put your "seasoned to taste" sirloin in the slow cooker with the soup and cook on high for 3.5 hours @ the 3.5 hour mark saute the mushrooms in a non stick pan until browned. add the mushrooms and wine. Prepare the noodles per the box directions and add to the crock pot. five minutes before serving, stir in the sour cream. A yummy under 300 calorie meal. I serve green bean almondine as a side with this.
