Cracker Barrel Hashbrown Casserole

Ingredients
2 pounds frozen hash potatoes, thawed1/2 cup margarine, melted1 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. black pepper1/2 cup onion, chopped fine1 can cream of chicken soup2 cups colby cheese, grated
Directions
Mix all ingredients except the cheese. Put in greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle cheese on the top and bake 30-35 minutes in a 350 degree oven until bubbly and brown.
