Just visit Sonny's BBQ's salad bar or another fine, delicious salad bar (Ruby Tuesday is great & Sweet Tomatoes (East US) / Souplantation (West US) is a super excellent & extremely diverse!!).

I filled my plate full of salad. I put my beets & 3 bean salad on a separate, only filling it about 1/3 of the way. I ate about 1/2 of the beets & 3 bean salad & a little more than 1/2 of the salad. I got a box (For salad & sides; I was going to work so I took it with me) and I topped it off & filled up the box w/ more of everything except for the sides & dressing!

So, I ate a little less than 1 serving that evening.

I never got around to eating it at work, so I ate it for lunch the next day. I just picked out the few things that were soggy, but there wasn't much dressing left so it wasn't much! That sitting was a little more than 1 serving.

The whole thing (plate + box) was about 2 servings! I didn't eat it 1/2 and 1/2 but it was part of 2 meals for me!
