Chicken Breast, no skin, 15 ounces *Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Salt, 1 tsp Scallions, raw, .25 cup, chopped Ginger Root, 4 tsp Garlic, 3 cloves Broccoli, fresh, 4 cup, chopped Chicken Broth, .50 cup (8 fl oz) Cornstarch, .06 cup *Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp Sesame Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)
Directions
chop and brown chicken breast meat in oil, then add rest of ingredients cook until broccoli is tender
